They did a good job. I had a complete replacement of my interior and exterior units and like the work. They went further with cleaning under the interior unit and cleaned the cabinet and grates. My two complaints were i paid for a new pad for the condenser and they used the old one and just put a cap on it without leveling the old one and the new thermostat did not have a bubble level put to it, so it has a slight slant. Not deal breakers and they went above and beyond in other ways. Took about 4 hours from start and was very courteous. Update- The team showed up and did an amazing job the VERY SAME DAY! Looks awesome, appreciate how Ken called me and immediately has his team do a superb job! Looks fantastic! He also took time to answer my questions and now I have the coolest house on the block. Very professional arrived about 25 minutes early, very courteous and made sure they closed the door each time entering or exiting. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Definitely glad I went with them for my new unit will use them for my maintenance every year to follow. Gave me a free estimate and was quick to give the estimate as well. Read Less
